I usually eat 1200-1600 odd calories a day and go to the gym 4-5 times a week and burn 500-1000. Judging by that, how much should I be losing a week?
I want to lose 5 lbs or more a week, I know it's deemed not to be healthy but how much calorie deficit is that for me a day?
What is a VPN?
